Most of us are not taught how to connect with our own bodies and discover our capacity for pleasure, which is essential for having nourishing sexual experiences with ourselves and with others. But you don’t have to struggle alone. Join sex educator duo, Dr. Alison Ash and Euphemia Russell as we discover how to cultivate your pleasure. Discover how empowering it can be to understand your body and cultivate your desire and pleasure on your own! In this workshop, you will:
Practice embodiment skills so you can get out of your head and into your body, where pleasure lives
Explore your wants, needs, desires, boundaries and what turns you on
Learn how to romance yourself and use senses and sensations to expand your pleasure
Discover how to navigate the three biggest killers of desire: shame, pressure, and stress
Understand what it means to create safety in the body so you can surrender into pleasure
Cultivating Your Pleasure: Level 1 is the offering we both wish we’d experienced long ago, and is full of supported exploration, science based tools and techniques, and take-home exercises that will support you in translating your self focused skills into Maximizing Pleasure Together: Level 2.
Can’t make this workshop on this date? Check out my other offering of Cultivating Your Pleasure Level 1 on 10/3!
