Class: We’ll explore common obstacles—what we call intimacy blockers—that can make sexual connection feel inaccessible or daunting. These include getting stuck in your head, shame, pressure, and more. You’ll also learn practical tools to overcome them.

Class: In the afternoon, we’ll dive into a variety of skills and techniques to cultivate excitement, anticipation, and attunement. These include hands-on practices to help you and your partner uncover your personal user manuals by exploring your sensory and love languages, favorite verbal, physical, and romantic bids for connection, new ways to explore giving and receiving pleasure, and more.
