How to Pick Your Person(s)

How to Pick Your Person(s)

Wednesday, November 15th, 7-9:30pm

Oakland, CA

How do you know if this person is a good fit for you? Are you afraid you’re settling, or perhaps you’re worried you’re being too picky?

Intimacy coach and educator Dr. Alison Ash of TurnON.love will help you discover your non-negotiables, making it easier for you to own your wants and needs so that you Pick your Person(s).

Learn to:

• Identify your needs and learn how to honor them as your non-negotiables

• Explore your wants and learn to be more flexible, recognizing them as negotiable

• Create a mantra that describes what you need in a lover/partner in a way that feels clear, authentic and empowering

• Develop a filter so you can feel confident about your choices, allowing yourself to feel an enthusiastic YES!

• Gently and compassionately end connections that aren’t nourishing and how to courageously and vulnerably invite deeper intimacy with the right person(s) for you!

By confidently owning your wants and needs, you’ll know which relationships will be nourishing for you and worthy of your investment, and which ones are best to lovingly let go.

Reviews

“Dr. Aly helped me develop a framework for my needs that completely transformed my understanding of myself and every relationship I've ever had. With this clearer vision of what I was looking for, I was able to recognize without a doubt when I finally met the right person. I couldn't be happier or more confident in my choice of partner."  - V.D.

"I attended it at a time when I was thinking a lot about whether someone I'd been dating for ~8 months was a good long-term fit, and it gave me a lot of clarity on what was working for me about the relationship, what I was missing, and how to invite more of the latter.”  - S.J.

“I found Dr. Aly’s process for clarifying our relationship needs and wants to be very useful. As a certified sex educator myself, I have taken many similar workshops in the past, but feel like I came away with more clarity regarding what I am personally looking for in a partner.” - G.R.
