Get Out of Your Head in Bed

  • Oakland, CA 94607 (map)

Do you find yourself performing sex instead of experiencing it? Do you get stuck in your head worrying about your appearance, performance, orgasm, or just your overwhelming to-do list?

Anxious thoughts make it difficult if not impossible to experience pleasure and are often at the root of many sexual problems, including erectile dysfunction and anorgasmia.

In this experiential workshop you will:

  • Immerse in the sensations in your body and reconnect with your body as an instrument of pleasure.

  • Overcome obstacles that prevent you from letting go and receiving pleasure.

  • Co-create positive feedback loops of pleasure, using pleasure to build more pleasure.

  • Learn techniques for exploring your body and new ways to experience pleasure.

  • Discover how to stay connected to your embodied pleasure as you attune to your lover’s desires.

Learning how to get out of your head and into your body is essential for reducing anxiety and maximizing pleasure in both solo and shared sexual experiences.
