  • Oakland, CA 94607 (map)

Want to know how to resolve conflict and feel closer after? Miscommunications are common, boundaries get crossed, and hurt feelings happen - but they don’t have to end in disconnection.

All relationships have their challenges, and repair work is essential for building trust, deepening intimacy, and maintaining thriving connections.

In this experiential workshop you will:

  • Receive a clear formula for repair conversations that will teach you when and how to do it effectively.

  • Practice courageous vulnerability and heartfelt empathy — necessary ingredients for connection.

  • Expand your capacity to be with challenging feelings and learn how to express them in a way that creates closeness.

  • Discover how sharing disappointment can strengthen your bond.

  • Learn how to effectively hold space for others emotions, take responsibility when appropriate, and offer genuine reassurances.

Successful repair conversations allow for you to feel closer than ever before as you gain confidence in your ability to withstand inevitable relational challenges.

Reviews

“This class enabled my partner and I to level up our communication in ways we never anticipated! We deeply enjoy Dr. Aly’s classes, but this one changed our relationship dramatically. At last, we have language around how to deal with our conflicts, to drop into the moment, and to help each other feel deeply seen and loved.” - S.W.

“Dr. Aly’s repair workshop was excellent. She teaches a template to have a difficult conversation and keep it on track even when emotions are flying. The class was a good mix of talk time and experiential time, and we got to interact with others in the class in a safe environment!” - J.D.

“What I learned has been incredibly useful in helping me to navigate difficult conversations. I found the information, the tips and the opportunity to practice so helpful. I have definitely noticed a difference in how I react and respond, and it has been incredibly powerful.” -R.C.
